DESC: Hallucination allows the user to override the normal perceptions of the target and replace it with a manufactured one. This can make the target believe that they are in a different location or a different time but they always know who they are. You can trick someone into replaying a conversation they had, retrace their actions or place them walking down a street while they are really walking off a cliff.
The target does get an opportunity save every round, but it takes a total of three saves to break free of the Hallucination. A bonus is given to the target at +10 if the user is trying to kill them.
