The original goal of my work was to make a commercial product. The reality of working solo on such a large project and real life issues have made this a very long process of development. Still I offer this for your personal enjoyment and request comment/suggestion in return.

Simple, use the system and have fun with your friends. It does NOT mean use the system and make a commercial product on it. Any questions you have please use the forum and feel free to make suggestions for improvements.

Any material submitted must be done with a full release. I do not have the time to track a myriad of legal contracts/agreements.

Any material published that is not the submitters original work or is based on copyright material will be removed once I have proof of a copyright claim. If for example you want to run a campaign based on your favorite anime show for you and your friend, you can make the additional rules you need and have fun. Do not submit that as original work.

Remember this system is a work in progress and most likely will be for some time.

This is the general agreement I will use for artist/illustrators interested in producing work for Red Ash.

• I do plan on making money from this system in the future, but that is at least 3 - 5 years out (from 2009). So for the near term I can not offer any compensation for submitted works.
• All art submitted needs to be in the jpeg or png formats.
• Credit will be given to the artist, so please include your name and website, gallery and/or contact information.
• I will also include links to any secondary sites like zazzle.com where you may sell your work.
• All art submitted must include an non-exclusive, unrestricted license for Red Ash. This allows me the freedom to use the art in the website and any pdf documents, but also allows you to resell you work.
• I also understand that artist like to display their best work. I will remove any work you request as long as I have a replacement piece.
