Just so it is clear the creative commons covers the core rules of Red Ash, basically everthing on this site. When using Red Ash for your game you will develope your own setting. The creative commons license of Red Ash does not extend to that, its your work after all. While developing your game any changes to the rules of Red Ash to fit your game's mechanics need to be shared with Red Ash. Submitted rules will either be applied to the core rules or they will be noted as a house rule under the specific section of Red Ash. At any rate credit for rules will be posted on that page.
I have spent time thinking about the artwork being supplied to Red Ash and how best to be fair to the artist, as I do not have any funding for art (...or anything else for that matter). To that end I feel that the creative commons does NOT extend to any artwork displayed in Red Ash and IS the property of their respective creators. All artwork is display on Red Ash with the artist permission and is limited to just this site. Use of the artwork outside of Red Ash is at the discretion of its artist.
