DESC: Flood will call up a flash flood and move in the direction of gravity, or at a additional cost in a direction set by the user. Flood does damage to all in its path and applies the drowning effect to those caught up in it as they are swept away. Targets are carried 1 space per 3 damage per round.
Targets caught in the flood can make a check every round to move one space closer to the side of the flood, difficulty is:
Spells (width x height) + ((damage x duration) /2)+ 10
A user of this spell must make a control check; users focus + flood levels + 1d20 vs a difficulty equal to the MAP spent on the spell.
Failure and the user loses control of the spell and it swells, consuming 2x the map spent and the caster is caught in the spells effect.
