This can place the weaker sex in a lower size category without the cost adjustment of the size, but all the physical adjustments to ability scores and encumbrance for that size category and including the adjustment to Strength. Note that Strength is not to go below a score of 1.

There is also a 2% chance that a member of the stronger sex will become afflicted with the genes responsible for the smaller size. This is not dwarfism it is just a smaller stature.
