DESC: This spell sends a shock wave through the earth that starts at your location and ripples outwards for the area set, like a stone dropped into a calm water. You are not affected by this spell but all land based creatures must make a balance check or be knocked prone (acquires the prone effect). If you move the quake does not move with you.
