DESC: Fly permits the user to move through the air. You can navigate all but the strongest winds.
The difficulty is 85 +4 per 8 kph (5 mph) over 65 kph (40 mph) wind speeds.
Win the roll to avoid tumbling. Fail and spin at a downward slope of 2 Meters (6.5 feet) drop per 5 meters of forward travel and a minimum of 2 meters.
If you fail you must win a balance roll to perform any actions, until you do you spin out of control.
