The fletcher is a skilled person in making arrows. From selection of wood to manufacture of arrowheads. A skill fletcher is always needed by any archer and many archers learn the craft themselves. For every level in fletcher you can make 1 arrow (or bolt,etc...) in 1 hour. A fletchers workshop can improve the time to make a arrow.
