DESC: This skill is in Arcane, Divine and, Psyche spells. It represents knowledge of fire powers, the elemental plane of fire and a limited ability to affect fire. Although a player can not use this to cause damage to an opponent, he can use it to improve their saves vs an fire based casting that they do not have, even across different spells types (Arcane, Divine, Psyche).
