DESC: Fear is a spell that will apply a feared effect on a target that fails a save. Affected targets must move away from the user in a manor that will provide the fastest protection. Get out of arms reach, then get distance, then hide. If the target can move through earth then they will first get out of arms reach then they will slide into the earth, only if the user can not move through the earth too. If the user can also move through earth then they will continue to move as quickly away from the the user. Then the target will seek to get more distance and then hide.
If the user, or his allies pursues and corners the target the target will turn and fight spending as large a quantity of PAP and MAP as possible to be free.
Affected targets will continue to behave so for the duration of the spell.
