DESC: Those that pursue the Divum Magi skills find they can harness the wild energies in the air and toss them at their enemies. This a very visible and noisy power as energy is focused to your hands the air around will crackles and spit with quick flashes of bright light. You release it at your enemy in a wild arc. For creatures that take damage from your attack acquire the stun effect unless they save verses your difficulty of Power + Divum Magi Levels + 1d20. The stun last for 1 round per 3 damage.
Divum Magi is a skill that taps into the power of the sky and lightening. This may be a base skill (still in the same tier) for more powers.
This power can be used as a defense action to deflect electrical based attacks. Deflection will reduced the damage you take from an attack.
