Diplomacy is the fine art of negotiation between parties.

Save is Users Focus + Diplomacy Levels + 1d20 vs targets Awareness + Diplomacy Levels + 1d20

A dm may modify either side of the challenge depending on circumstance. The target may have a deep hatred for the user resulting in a +5 for the target, or the user may have a reputation for honesty and fairness giving him a +5.
