Control is a root skill for skill based of of precise control of ones body. This skill maybe used in place of any child skill at 1/3 the level of control

Save is Users Agility + Control Levels + 1d20 vs Targets Awareness +1d20

The DM may modify either side of the control challenge depending on circumstance.
