DESC: Breath water is a spell for air breathers to function without penalty in water. The spells avoids the normal fatigue related to not having air to breath. This spell must have ended to reenter air or you suffer from the effects of suffocation like any water breather would. Because of this the spell can be used in air breather vs air breather combat. As a combat spell you must succeed on an attack roll.
